Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times begin after processing is complete.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

· We currently ship to the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii).
· We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
· Some oversized items may require additional shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier claim.

Asurion package protection is offered at checkout. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All applicable US import duties (including Section 122 tariffs) are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not owe any additional fees upon delivery.
